The Purpose of this webpage is to try to promote my software/OS concept and to try to gather funding to have a Freelancer program it  upon asking for a quote on Freelancer.com I've had quotes from 200 to 3000 dollars but I'd like to get it done right plus the cheaper of quotes immediately bid and didn't seem to understand the project vs the higher quotes sounding quite professional.  So whatever the results of fundraising may be will be the reliance of how well the program turns out.  if you can, do whatever you think you can do, leave me a message and I'll be sure to get you a free copy of the software upon completion of the project.
