Whether  a Vagrants Vauge rant and Antics of a frantic schizophrenic, or apatrenizing society the pattern is clear Movies link together and seem to guid a hero deemed the one into saving the world from every possibility (normal social skills)and their fair, for example deja vu is a very pertainable theory, with Telepathy and a tv, if past present and future all exist - which makes sense as otherwise, it would rely on locomotion and telepathy and tv would lead us into a predestined future so the changes caused by temporal exchange create a multiverse and the theory of The One becomes a system of Parralells and inbetweens, of which  A Television would serve perfectly to develop the division of light and dark or worlds of, between and a computer would suit well as a ground - Security being the first concern legal matters would enitle police to be a Time Cop of sorts, and in my vision eventual Hospital-Airports/ Hospitable Timeports, where lost relatives and friends could see each other again wether for a short stay or extensive,  due to the perception of the lost/unlost wishing to caryry on in their life rather then continual sad story
